Let’s go to LOS CRISTIANOS, TENERIFE with kid(s) !

Hi guys … Today’s schedule takes us to Los Cristianos. So let’s start with some basic info about this charming place. It’s only about 5 km away from Palm Mar where we are situated, and is the first neighbor of more popular destination Playa de las Americas. The town center is around the Los Cristianos bay, but is rapidly expanding inland with modern development. The town is a popular tourist resort and includes a ferry port. This town has a history that predates the tourist boom of the 1970s and 1980s. For many years this holiday hub was a quiet fishing village and evidence of its humble origins can still be seen in the typical Canarian architecture of the older buildings. So first thing to do in the morning was to go look around the harbor and to see what’s left of that famous fishing history. I have to say that we weren’t disappointed … Just imagine a two-year-old seeing all that live fish and boats … 🙂 … Now he could move here permanently ( guess he has my gene 😉 )

Hey ekipica … Zamislite dvogodišnjaka među svim tim brodovima i živom ribom … 🙂 … Sad bi i on htio ovdje trajno preseliti ( očigledno ima i mojih gena 😉 )

Right next to the harbor there’s a main promenade of Los Cristianos with the main city beach also Los Cristianos. The sun is pretty high, it’s pretty hot outside ( the weather is much nicer then on the northern part of the island) … need I say more ? … a man has got to do what he has got to do … beach time it is … and let the games begin …

//

Ok we’ve spent the day on the beach … quick stop at the apartment to take a shower, and of to explore the town a bit more … our little boss still manages everything without daily naps … woohoo … 🙂

//

Ok dan proveden na plaži … brzinski hop hop do apartmana zbog tuširanja, i krećemo nazad kako bismo još malo istražili grad … malac i dalje uspijeva sve izdržati bez popodnevnog spavanca … juuupiii … 🙂

After a nice meal ( which was more standard than traditional today) we can conclude that Los Cristianos is a pretty friendly and nice place that I would recommend to everybody with kids …

//
